Marlon Palacios — DocuLazo

Opt in to document-request texts

Your firm uses DocuLazo to request documents securely. Use this page — the only SMS opt-in method for DocuLazo — if you would like to receive those texts on your mobile phone.

Text messages are entirely optional. Opting in is never required to use your firm's services or to send your documents. If you prefer not to receive texts, choose “No thanks — I don’t want text messages” in the form below and ask your firm for your secure link by email or in person instead.

DocuLazo SMS opt-in form

Text messages are optional. Only fill in this form and check the consent box if you want DocuLazo to text you. You may leave everything blank and choose “No thanks — I don’t want text messages” below; you can still receive your secure document link by email or in person, and declining never affects the services your firm provides.

SMS consent (optional)

This box starts blank and is not required. Leave it unchecked if you do not want texts — submitting without checking it means you are not opted in, and no texts will be sent.

By submitting with the consent box checked, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

Choosing “No thanks” sends nothing and records no opt-in. Your firm can still serve you and send your secure link by email or in person.

How this opt-in works

  1. You come to this page (https://doculazo.com/legal/sms-consent) — for example, your firm tells you about it in person, by email, or on office signage. No text is sent to get you here.
  2. If you want texts, you enter your own name and mobile number in the form above. These fields are only needed to send you texts. The firm name field is optional and helps your firm match you to your request.
  3. Consent is optional and never required. The SMS consent box starts unchecked (blank) by default, is not pre-selected, and is not required to submit this form. Only checking it and submitting gives consent. You may submit with the box unchecked, or choose “No thanks — I don’t want text messages” — in either case you are not opted in, no texts are sent, and you can still use your firm's services in full, with your secure link provided by email or in person.
  4. What you agree to: SMS text messages from Marlon Palacios (DocuLazo) about your document request — a secure upload link, a one-time verification code, and document reminders. Consent is given to Marlon Palacios (DocuLazo) only; it is not collected for, sold to, or shared with any other company. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services.
  5. After you submit, your opt-in (name, phone, time) is recorded, and DocuLazo may text your document link and code to that number. Reply STOP at any time to stop further messages.

This website form is the single opt-in method for this campaign. DocuLazo does not use SMS keywords, QR-code joins, paper forms, or verbal-only enrollment to subscribe anyone to these texts.
